Luminote is a utility application designed to enhance user productivity and experience without displaying advertisements or collecting personal user data for commercial purposes. 2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, transmit, or process any personally identifiable information (PII) from users of Luminote. This includes, but is not limited to:

User-created content within the App
Location data
Device identifiers (except as strictly necessary for third-party SDK functionality, as described below)
Luminote does not contain any tracking mechanisms implemented by us, and we do not maintain user accounts, analytics dashboards, or backend servers that store user data.

3. Third-Party SDKs

Luminote integrates software development kits ("SDKs") provided by third-party services to enable certain functionalities. Specifically, the App includes the following third-party SDKs:

Google SDKs (such as Google Play Services, Firebase, or related libraries): These SDKs may collect certain diagnostic or usage data as permitted under Google’s own privacy policies. The integration of Google and Facebook SDKs is solely for technical and operational purposes, such as:

Enabling compatibility with platform-specific features (e.g., Google Sign-In, if implemented in future versions)
Providing crash reporting and diagnostic tools to improve App stability
Supporting optional social features (if any are added in the future)
As of the Effective Date, Luminote does not use these SDKs for advertising, behavioral tracking, or user profiling. We have configured the SDKs to minimize data collection to the greatest extent possible.

5. Data Retention and Security

Since we do not collect or store user data, there is no data retention policy on our end. Any data processed by third-party SDKs is subject to their own retention schedules and security measures. We do not have access to this data and cannot retrieve, modify, or delete it on your behalf.

6. Children’s Privacy

Luminote is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (or under the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this document and, where feasible, notify users through the App or other communication channels.
